Aromas of ripe cherries, crushed petals, spices and a hint of licorice. 3 years in barrel have only begun to soften this wine. For those who are patient this robust wine will develop generously over the next decade or three.
Our first production of Pinot was grown in the cool hills of Comptche. Aromas of black cherry emerge, followed by notes of rose petal, plum, and even a hint of currant. The cool climate is evident in the combination of bright acidity and soft, integrated tannins.
